Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your information.
If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at info@hatcraze.com.
Returns and Exchanges
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Returns for refund are eligible
on orders up to twelve (12) items. Please place a small test order to verify the quality, color, and style of any hat before placing a
larger order. Orders exceeding 12 items can be returned for exchange only.
In the event you need to return an item, you must send an email to returns@hatcraze.com within
7 days of receiving your order for your R.M.A. #. We will ONLY accept authorized return requests via email and within 7 days of
the delivery date. All items must be unused and in the original packaging and returned to our office within 14 calendar days.
In order to assure prompt and efficient handling of your returns, Hat Craze requires all returns be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Postal
Service with Delivery Confirmation. The customer is responsible for all shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given
for lost return packages, so please use a trackable shipping service. Strict adherence to this policy is required or your authorization
and/or return will be denied. If a shipment is refused, or your order is returned without an R.M.A#, it will
be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Orders exceeding 12 items that are returned with an RMA# will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
If an order is returned to us due to a bad address, we will reship it to a corrected address after charging an additional fee.
Methods of Payment
Credit Card - Online Orders
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Check or Money Order
If you'd like to order with a check, please email us for details. All orders by check or money order will be sent after payment is processed.
Delivery Time
Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) from when the order was placed. Our optional Rush Handling
(for an extra $8) will guarantee your order will ship by the next business day (again, excluding weekends and holidays). PLEASE BE ADVISED
THIS IS ONLY RUSH HANDLING, NOT RUSH OR OVERNIGHT SHIPPPING. Hat Craze can not guarantee that UPS will get your package to you on time,
but they are very reliable most of the time in our experience.
We have shipping hubs in the western and eastern United States. This usually means your order will arrive within 2-3 days after it is shipped
if the delivery address is within the United States. Canadian orders can take 5 to 10 days because of possible delays in Customs. Occasionally
items are out of stock in the warehouse that is closest to your location, and must ship from our other warehouse. This may cause an additional
2 to 3 days delay to your delivery time as all or part of your order.
Backorders
Occasionally, an item you have selected may be out of stock. We try to maintain a large inventory of every item, but high demand and popularity
of some styles can cause temporary shortages. Every effort will be made to notify you of the backorder with a new ship date. Backorders
will be shipped within 24 hours of our warehouse receiving new stock from overseas. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If
you paid for rush handling on an out of stock item, that extra fee will be refunded.
In the event your order includes multiple styles and one is out of stock, all in-stock items will be shipped and any backordered items
will be shipped as soon as they are available. Again, any rush handling charges you opted for will be credited.
Shipping
Physical Address is Required
You must provide a physical address for shipping, as P.O. boxes are not delivered to via UPS! We currently do not deliver to APO addresses/Military
bases, as UPS will not deliver there directly.
Hat Craze uses UPS Ground for shipping. Our U.S. and Canada shipping charges are quite reasonable, and are calculated automatically in
the shopping cart. We currently do not ship to countries other than the U.S. and Canada due to high shipping costs.
*NEW* $5 FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Order as much as you want. We'll ship it for a flat $5.00 to the U.S. 48 states.
NOTE:
* $5 Shipping is to the lower 48 U.S. states. For Alaska and Hawaii, the shopping cart will add another
$5 to the shipping.
*For Canada, the shopping cart will add an additional $10.00 to shipping. Canadian orders may be subject to import/duty
taxes. Canadian customers are responsible for paying such taxes and fees.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to the state of Utah (6.85%). If you are a Utah retailer with your own Utah
sales tax number, contact us if you are purchasing wholesale with your reseller number.
Rush Orders
Rush handling is available for an $8 surcharge (this is only a rush handling, not shipping). In the event you would like to express ship
an order (via overnight or 2nd day UPS), please send us an email. We will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
